MDI - Metered-Dose Inhaler

The MDI is a specialized test system to perform automatic quality testing of MDIs. The test detects the firing load and the valve breakdown load of ‘one shot’ pressurized MDI canisters using operation and overload sensing systems.

The inhaler system is supplied complete with the inhaler testing jig, interlocking safety shield, a 50N and a 1kN load cell, hand held remote control, NEXYGEN Plus software and all necessary connecting cables.
